Charged my credit card for upfront fee and never even opened a file on me

This company is a big rip off. They charged my credit card for their upfront fee of $995 and then I never heard from them for 3 months. No return calls, no email. When I finally got a hold of someone, they had no record of any paperwork on me, had never opened any file on me, and said they must have lost my paperwork. According to Dept of Real Estate they are supposed to hold this money in a trust account for me.

Since they did absolutely nothing by their own admission, they are considering refunding my money. Yeah right. They claim they are so busy servicing homeowners on the federal Hope for Homeowners program they just can't keep up. I found a federal lawsuit filed on March 19 against this company and Kahram Zamani for fraud. Beware, don't get suckered in by their salesmen.
