Still no refund after 5 months

I Put an order for that free path present for Acai Real and I’m like many more who're in a struggle with the organization for reimbursement.

The next month following the path present, I acquired another container of regular present that we haven't requested for $64.90. I retuned the Next container via USPS with shipping conformation on Aug. 14th 2009.in Oct., since I have haven’t observed the credit on my charge card record, I named them-and required for reimbursement. They apologized and stated they'd matter the credit ASAP. On Nov. 30th, I named again for reimbursement, they again apologized & guaranteed that I ought to begin to see the credit in 14 days. Nowadays is Jan. 25th I however haven’t observed a cent back from their store however, and so I named again and talked to some boss called “Manny”, he explained they don’t possess the cash for reimbursement, almost all their cash is within the international Lender, the procedure to be acknowledged might get a few months. So simply set-back & delay. Today, layer I really believe him? Or I ought to consider that as “yes, you're attached by us”!
