Calling me to get at a family membe

NCO Financial named me at work (at the office!) wanting me to pass-along a note to some member of the family who'd been switched to them. I orded them never to actually contact me again, and particularly not at the office. Nevertheless, I applied my mobile phone to come back the phone call. Nowadays they called my mobile phone. I've had it! I've a great credit rating, but they're bothering me with the expectation that I'll frighten a relative. Is the fact that actually authorized? May a business truly contact me and frighten me to be able to reach a relative (not really a partner, actually)... I named my buddy and discovered he also continues to be bothered by NCO Financial using the same demand to possess our member of the family phone NCO Financial. This really is beyond absurd! Both my buddy and that I have excellent credit ratings and really should not be receiving named with a collection company.
