False promises dishonest ripoffs

Sweet talked us into refinancing with them at a high interest rate because we were a bit of a credit risk, told us ooohh, just pay on time for a year at this rate, then come back to us and we will gaurantee a lower rate.

So here we are paying 1700. Per month and now they won't work with us. The fees we had to pay for the privilege, they suck. Now we'll probably lose the house.
