Green Dot Online will take money from your card and list it as a merchant on your statement and then when you go to dispute that transaction they will say that they can not credit it and close out the dispute and then every time you call in they will hang up on you and also when you ask for a supervisor they will say that they are all busy and ask if one can give you a call back all that they do is put notes into the account saying that you want a supervisor call back and they will not pass it on to a supervisor so then you will not ever hear from a supervisor until you call back in and ask for a supervisor and also threaten with a class action law suit then they will place you on hold and get a superviso
