Rip off artist company

I had an account with orchard bank in the past. I cancel with them three months ago. And they would not cancel unless i paid it in full, which i did. Now they calling me and billing me for over $61.00 in fee with no explanation for a cancel account i no longer have. I called several times and keep getting the same b. S run around while the are trying to destroy my credit. Don't do any business with these a-holes
