Unauthorized charges

My husband just found that we've been priced numerous weeks from ths organization and also have no idea what the charges are for - this can be a severe problem

Inform - due to it being a sears mastercard consideration

They sears have stated they're raising the finance charges when the card can be used after date of notification of cancellation of consideration-

Since costs seem sears might now increase price on current balence - is there a business link? Or simply coincidence?
