Billed late charge, didn't owe, now up to $100.00, ruined my credit rating, call everyday

Paid bill, was sent new bill following month for $20.00 late charge. Answered saying not my fault Have written every month and had one answer from a Robert Valdez that my account has been cancelled as per my request. That's all that was said.

Now they call me everyday asking for money. This has gone on since 11/03 when bill was paid.

Returned clothes to 2300 s.W. Ave, Indiana, 46283, and have a credit from "Bargain Outfitters", for $37.46, and told to buy more clothes.

FYI: I am a 81 yr old women, handicapped, in very ill health, living in a senior mobile home park. Please help me or tell me what I can do to get these people off my back. The women that calls from India is the rudest, nastiest person I have ever come accross.

They have ruined my credit report from an Excellent to a Fair. I am heart sick as being a single women I guard my credit like a hawk. I have never had a late charge in my life. That's not bad for a single women with 6 kids to raise. Only problem I have ever had is my daughter has the same name.

Any suggestions or anything you can do for me will be so greatly appreciated.
