Over charged

I had been overcharged on item. I requested one and am being billed dual for that item by which I had been simply to be billed for just one at 3.99 and im being charged 74.95 I Actually Donot mind spending money on the one which i requested at 3.99 but don't desire to spend twice-over the total amount that I had been billed for 2 that I actually donot need. I'd appreciate if you're able to assist me understand this taken off statement and so I may have no more charges. If you can email me the moment possible to clear this up.
