Consumer rip-off fraud

I, like the others, was drawn in by the offer of a guaranteed credit card with 0% interest for the first 12 months.

I have friends who have gotten credit in this manner, so i mistakenly thought it was for real. It has been a few weeks since my check cleared, and I feel a bit foolish that I am holding a bit of hop[e that it is for real.

If this is a scam, there must be something we can do other than whine on-line. Somebody please help.
