Nazi like steal and scare tactics

Ok my story is not unique, but like many other americans i have been hit by the recession, i had lost my job back in 2007 and had to survive on unemployment to the max as jobs were scarce, so after about a year and a half i gained part time employment. Im struggling to say the least. I get a call
from the windham professional collection agency. I was really taken by surprise because they dont have the name on caller id, it lists unknown. Sneaky
shiftless and discusting. The first person i talked to was at least pleasent. But she was probably doing that to bait me, she says her name was rachel, maybe real maybe made up. So i explain to her that im on hard times. And barely making enough to pay all my bills. She tells me of this hardship program that reduces all your payments for 12 months ok sounds good so far. Until she puts me on with the superviser, who says her name is friday (possiblly made up)
because they are afraid to give out their real names for fear of prosicution, ok friday tells me the hardship thing lasts for 12 months. After that the student loan (from 1985) will be taken out of default status, lies because after reading other reports these sneaky weasel like nasties sell your default to another group of nazi like preditors. Sorry for my choice of words but im still fuming over the way this friday person was talking to me. She said my payments would be 200.00 a month. Sorry i cant do that, and i agreed to 100.00 a month, she said unacceptable and it has to be at least 200 a month to satisfiy
their client. Baloney you mean friday and the others huge salary. Because i picture these windham people as preditory people who steal from the poor working class to give to the already rich executives, maybe im assuming but please let me vent. Friday then gets nasty and says sir your the one who taken the loan. So then i just let out you have no heart. And she said i do have a heart, it goes out to my children who cant get a student loan because of people like you. Ok click i hung up on her, i never will talk to them again.
I will do everything i can to fight them off. I know it wont be easy but ill try my best. Hard to believe that during an economic resession like this that these people prey on the struggling middleclass and disadvantaged, shame on them. I hope they are investigated and get put out of business and those preditors have to struggle like their victims. I am upset and struggling w/my bills and windham just rubs salt in the wound. Please someone out there who
will investigate their preditory practices and stop them before they bleed the
struggling poor and middleclass dry. Someone please help us victims of these devils.
