Lie Cheat and Steel

These people are colloection agents understanding they deal with people that owe a company paying them money I can understand that they really dont care nor do they have any idea or understanding of customer service.

These people will lie, cheat, and steal from you and your family if you have 1 to get what they want.

They seem to work for student loan places that have placed people into default and then pay Windham to collect. That being said they seem to be under the impression that they are not held to the standards of the fair debt collection act because the student loans they deal with are fed. Funded. Although they are fed funded this does not give them the right to lie cheat steal and alter binding documents.

This company Lied to me telling me they would take me to court and put me in jail if I did not enter into a loan rehab program. Not knowing my right my fault I was suckered into a payment plan after being emploied for only 2 months FYI by law they can not do anything untill you can prove 1 full year of continus employment found that out after i signed the aggrement. They also told me my fed tax returns would no longer be taken FYI they not only took mine but my wifes and kids.

So after stealing over 5,000$ in tax returns and then lieing to me to get me to pay another out of pocket 1,000$ this company has applied a hole 200.00$ of the almost 6,000$ I paid to them and now want to garnish my wages again for a job I have been employed at for 4weeks.

This company should changes its name to Windham Unprofessionals. I am currently seeking a hearing and will finaly have someone thats not getting paided by them to look at this gross miscarage of debt collections and my only hope is they will do something about it.

I suugest anyone that needs to deal with them tape evey convertion and req that they put everything in writing and have a lawer look at it b4 aggreeing to anything.

If you take nothing more then this next stament of fact from this post please take this. These people can do nothing to you or your family unless you agree to it or unless ordered by a judge that you can request a hearing with. Do it save yourself and your family alot of greif. Cause they dont care about you or your family and will lie to you to pay them.
