They stole my money and i want it back! Screwed others too

Back in December I got a phone call a bout a zero interest credit card. The cost was going to be $223.47 so I bit. First I was told 10-14 days. Then a month, now it has been almost six months. Every time I get to talk to someone I get the run around.
I have never recieved any credit card or any package for that matter. Just recently I recieved a form to request a refund at a $24.95 "administrative processing cost". This form also says refund checks will be issued in approximately 60 days after the date on the draft used to pay for your membership package.

If I find out any way to get my money back i will gladely post it on this site.
