Will not fix propery

I've call my workplace many period about various problem, such as for instance front screen door has fallen off and they'll not repair it. It's a risk and someone will get hurt. Water pressure is low and can't-get any warm water to work, doorway of the mailbox has fallen off, warm waterburst and rather than placing new rug along, they cut the sponge from under the carpet and dry it with this major dryer. These condo are extremely old and to be able to keep them good enough to reside in. We pay as tenant 700.00 per month and lease rises each year. And of course water, lighting, garbage and etc costly.
