Cannot cancel on-line, no live rep to talk to, phone just disconnects right after it says to hold for next rep

I listed for that free trial offer, and determined I did not want to buy. I continued-point to stop plus they don't have any Opt Out function. I wrote along the telephone number to contact a live representative. After I named the amount, immediately after the concept to put on for that next repetition, the phone call disconnects. I'd prefer to understand if this can be a fraud, since it sure seems to be.
