I am a Mortgage Broker & Banker and in this tough time you need to be professional, precise and honest to make a living. The probelem sometimes it is not the Lender but the client. Key Solutions LLC & Andre Johnson are what you call Fake it till you make it clients. They read a few books and took a couple commercial courses and have absolutely no money to fullfill there obiligations with a lender nor do they respect lenders time given to a loan scenario. Sometimes, it is not only the lenders' fault when a loan does not come together. If you are looking to waste yours and a underwriter's time with a loan scenario do not do it with Key Solutions LLC & Andre Johnson. He had no money for appraisal, enviromental even deposit for own purchase agreement. Beware of the Fake it till you make it clients. All this company is trying to do is get other peoples money to conduct taransactions they do not even control contractually.
