Taken payment out of checking account when a payment was done via internet days before

I called the company to make a payment because I was past due and once that payment was made I told them my next payday was on the 19th and i was making it on the internet. There system does not post until 2 days later at that time on the 23rd because of it being on friday monday was the posting day they took both on that day and told me that I agreed to that. NOW in this day in time does this sound right Im just trying to keep this account in good standing and they said they could not do anything for me except move a one time payment to the end of my loan, I didnt agree and they did this automatic for me? What went wrong here? They said they have a recording of me and when I asked to here it they told me It has to be court ordered, so do we go to court? HELP
