Branches It was like whipping a teenager to teach her a lesson

It was like they whipped my daughter!

FIRST INCIDENT - I was Out of town... Over drafted my checking by 6.00 and received $ 165.00 dollars in fees. Upon return and face to face communication they said too bad, company policy. So I moved all six accounts including 2 business accounts. But i forgot to move my high school daughters account. Well, we shall see!

SECOND INCIDENT - 4/3/09 My daughter overdrafts her account by 1.00 with a movie from red box - she thought she was OK in her debit card.By the time we are notified (3rd day mail) OVER $ 2 5 0.00 IN FEES. Are you kidding me!!! Upon direct meeting with branch rep - they reduced fees to 120.00 for a lesson in life. She only makes 99.00 per week part time. This was not a lesson - THIS WAS like A WHIPPING!!! What happened to servicing a customer. It was her first overdraft!
