Trying to say I never paid them off 3 years later!

I have been getting calls 3 years after I took out a payday loan with them which was paid off in full.in fact, they got over and above the amount I got from them. Now they're saying I never paid them off and are threatening me with a lawsuit. The lady who calls says she is from something called the DA Network, but the callback number is something called the Graystone Alliance which is a collection agency. My bank actually closed my account, which was a saving account, because of excessive withdrawals by them! All of a sudden 3 years later they're saying I never paid them off! What a bunch of garbage.
