Personal Loan - SCAM - NO FUNDS BANGOR

I was scammed out of $795!!! I applied for a personal loan of $5000. I recieved the contract agreement, has a lawyer look over it, seemed fine. I was skeptacle and ask a million questions regarding this before submitting anything to them. I told her i hope this is not a scam and she advised, she would not work for a company like that. Well she was very convincing. I sent over documentation as required, bank information, ny license, etc... Received a call back from agatha hurley a financial advisor. She told me i had to put 5 payments down on the loan to secure it and that $5,000 will be put in my account with in 4 -6 hours. I sent a money gram of $795 on 3/31/09 to a marcus gillard in houston, tx, i called agatha and gave her the confirmation number for the deposit and she called back in an hour and gave me a confirmation number for my loan. The next morning i went ot the bank and nothing was deposited. I call her and spoke to her again and she advised that it is being help up by federal reserve and that i should receive it with in 4 days. I then, got a call on monday from a sherry / customer service, to see if the funds were put in my account. I advised they have not, she also looked into as she states and tells me that it should be in the next day. Still nothing. I have been calling numerious of times, i would say at least 50 times. I called and was advised agatha was out of the office and that no one was available to help me that they were short handed. I never receivd a call back, i filed a complaint to the bbb of maine. Please dont get scammed like me. Dont ever send someone a money gram, there is no way to track it.in this difficult time, think smart! No loan should require a down payment!
