Owes me $85.42

I bought charge card (temporary credit) for my buddy. I attempted to place cash about the card since we're within the same company and he should make use of a charge card. I purchased a Natural Dot Cash Pak card and set 85.42 about the card. The card required the cash and recommend me the might card wasn't reloadable plus they (Greendot Cash Pak) might send the cash back again to me. I never obtained the cash or did he. I thought terrible since I did not need him to consider I got his cash. Foolish me ordered another card. They recommend me I have to send my lighting statement and my driver's permit to obtain a card that isn't momentary. I sent twice in the Cash shop. Every time they explained they never received it. And so they hung-up on me 3 times. I requested to talk to a supervisor. I hook them up to speakerphone and kept for three hours. Is that this a laugh! They explained they never received my fax and that I recommended them I've the verification number they did. I simply need my $85.42 back. I actually donot understand who to phone but anything is incorrect. I'm really annoyed.
