Fraudulent charges

I had been recently informed that somebody had taken my banking account, charge card and paypal info. I had been billed from govtfundedgrants for $1.01 in the beginning then for $4.99 again for $10.03 and final for $30.19. After I named they requested for my tackle and current email address - that the theif had access also and evidently utilized. Because all that info was proper they DECLINED to pay for me back, however they were soooooo good regarding stop my membership together. I agree concerning the class action suit. PLEASE I would like to know knowing of any suit happening... Please. It's simply really annoying since the charge card they got it from was what my kids get for child-support from their dad - that will be getting cash from their store - anything I don't like at-all!
