Excessive Fees and Daily Harassing Calls From Collection Attorneys

I heard about this company and I thought it was a great deal! Till after a few months, I started to get more charges plus the basic monthly fee. Then I unfortunately became ill for several weeks turned then into months!

I notified them as to the set back I was having and for them they kept sending me bills like the monthly invoice. Only with more fee's/charges to it? I called, they said that was standard rules so at that time I cancelled the card. (Verbally told them,)

Thinking it was all good to my recollection for a period of about 6 mo. I kept getting a bill. (You owe this amount)

They have sent it to a collection agency. Which would be the one now that calls my residence daily! Up to 3x's/day! That's harassment! And they record their phone conversations w/o telling you that you're being recorded. They have gone as far as, telling us on the phone that "You need to pay your bills" and How do you pay for other things when you say you have no money?" (very unethical!)
I hang up the phone and they call back! So now my credit is ruined in lieu of them. I am not a happy camper! It takes too long to get credit established! The name of the company that calls me constantly is (Atty. At Law) J.C. Christianson & Assoc. And they even call very late at night, or very early in the morning and wake you up. With their sarcastic remarks!
