Reports Fraudulent Information will not correct errors

About 3 years ago, my bank tripled all the checks I wrote at christmas time. Then, they conviently erased the files.

Next, i get sent to court for hotchecks (that I did not write.) By the time the court date came around, the bank closed down. No proof of anything, but still, Eqifax sues me.

I paid off the amount, court costs, etc., and i watched the judge call all the employers that these checks were written to, and they confirmed they cleared everything with Eqifax.

STILL to this day, I cannot get anything, a house, creditcard, car, bank account, nothing. STILL to this day Eqifax tells anyone and everyone that I have failed to pay those checks, and they are still outstanding. STILL to this day I cannot get ahold of they Eqifax company to let them know what exactly they are doing to me and my family.

Hopefully, by doing this, Those stupid people will actually listen to me and FIX the damage they have caused me.
