I requested a birth certificate in the State-Of Illinois on March 23, and settled $19.50 for specific delivery. Nowadays is March 27 and that I still haven't acquired it. Moreover, IT'S NOT BEEN PROCESSED! Vital Chek's site doesn't provide a running period until following the charge card continues to be billed, and also the verification email continues to be delivered.
