Promised $1500. Savings, Took $795. And said they weren't able to help us, sent us a worthless Financial Plan

Receiver phone call from them, said they could save us $1500, by lowering our credit card interest rate, or our car loan or even our mortgage. So like dumbies we trusted them and gave them our credit card number. Well, they took $795., and then phoned us later and said that there was nothing they could do for us. Then later in the mail, we received a Financial
Plan, which infact was of not use to us. Both my husband and I were sure that in the begining that they said they would return our $795. If they could not help us. But of course that didn, t happen.
