Cor Development Group claims that they can finance multiple types of ventures. From regular commercial deals to complex asset deals. Basically saying that whatever you bring us, that we can handle it. They claim to have their own lines of credit, and other unique financing options available.

First it started off by asking for a basic CIS (Customer Information) package. After taking a couple of weeks to go over the information they ask for more information. This is common in commercial deals. However, they continually asked for more information multiple times taking just over 2 months. After they supposedly collected all of their information, they told us they still had to finish up with some basic procedures they were working on. Claiming that they were setting up their own bank to conduct their own buy/sells in the capitals market.

After continually making up excuses, they finally admitted that they didn't have the resources to handle our project.

They were most likely trying to run it through a 3rd party or just broker it out to anyone who would take it.
