Citizens Bank-Kyla Pittinaro-asst Branch Manager This bank is ripping people off with fees. They are heartless and cold people

Because I bounced 2 checks by accident and the rediculous chain reaction they caused by taking all my money I am not sure these people I have dealt with are human. Eery time I tried to fx the mistake the took more fees. Mostly for small amounts (for 10.00 they took39.00) So far they took about 300.00 Which about220.00 of it I consider it stolen. The one inhuman girl Roxanne I first talked to just plain lies. She says "OH, I'll have to talk to a manager and call you back later that day. NOT! She even aid she left me a message, little did she know I never erase my messages I had 4 weeks on there. Nothing from her. Lie. Called them a couple days later no one got back to me again.

Now I went there the next day and I really got the cold heartless thing. I asked at least for one 39.00 fee back for a charge that had been cancelled, about 72.00. That never should have gone through anyway. It was put back in my acct. The next day. She said the same thing, oh I'll have to get back to you. Yes she called all right to say I couldn't get the 39.00 back. So
now my mtg payment is gone thanks to them I'm hungry and all my bills are late. This is a harsh punishment for a disabled lady on a fixed income. I think I'd rather spend a nite in jail. I don't deserve this when they caused it. Help
