US yellow pages sending me bills for advertisement I was scamed into

I acquired a brand new 800-number for my company. I obtained a "Record Order Form" to examine my business info. I updated my info, closed the shape thinking it was the traditional FREE support I obtained formerly with my other company amount. Nowadays I obtained a statement from US-Orange Nationwide Yellow Pages for $225.00 having a xerox copy of the shape I updated and closed to get a free record. After performing some web searches, I came across there have been several grievances of the fraud from others when it comes to the corporation in Jersey Town, Nj. Since I have was fooled into thinking it was for that genuine yellow pages and that I closed a doc for what I believed was the FREE list, am I required to pay for this bill? In the additional grievances I've find out about the corporation, several have declined to pay for and obtained threatening telephone calls out of this company in addition to debt collectors. May the corporation set an adverse tag on my credit?
