We deposited several thousand dollars to our account on Sat.By monday we were charged $269.00 in overdraft fees. Then on Tuesday we were charged $370.00 in fees. Upon talking to Kettering bank, we were told a deposit on Saturday would hit our account on Monday. Well we were told on Saturday we had overdrawn $65 on our account. No explaination of why we were charged $269.00. We asked why we were charged again on tuesday, and did not get a satisifactory answer. We then called corporate and were told our money did not clear the bank until Tuesday. Noone can even give the same answer. Our online Statement clearly shows that on Monday our daily balance and available balance was $3309.00. We were told this could not be divided to show money actually there and money pending. If our online statement shows the money is clearly there, then we assume it is. So we were then charged fees for everything we purchased that day. If money has not cleared as they say, it should not show as cleared online. We lost $600 for this, and cannot seem to resolve this issue. I feel it is fraud. Noone can even tell us when our money cleared. It seems they have a new rule and excuse for everything we tell them.
