Tricked and lied to us, still waitng for card

I've recieved the same phone call as everyone else. You are approved for a 1000.00 Limit Visa card at 9.9% interest, with a deposit of 187.00.

I basically drilled her on the phone I should have just said no.
I gave in and still have not recieved anything a couple weeks after deposit has been withdrawn. I'm heading off to the bank monday morning to get it reversed and so they can research it.
