Took my money for a loan modification and did NOTHING with it! West Palm Beach

I sent in my "retainer fee" and months later nothing was done with my file for having my loan remodified. I have called NUMEROUS times, and spoken to no one but voicemails. I am fearful i will lose my home if nothing is done soon, DO NOT trust these people!!
