If you are an options trader then scam artist Vincent Pena spins a believeable proposition. Lots of research to produce weekly recommendations for potentially profitable options trades. The problem is that the recs are few and far between and in Feb almost all the trades expired worthless. Only a SPY put made money.in addition there is no periodic dialogue or guidance on the advice that is given. Once you discover that there is very little value received and you want to cancel the subscription - the real frustration begins.
You discover a labyrinth of websites and parties to deal with. Your enrollment is 2 parts. A 'refundable' deposit of $100.00 plus a login setup fee of $25.00 is handled through an off-shore service called uk. Worldpay.com. Then uk. Worldpay bills you for the recurring monthly subscription cost of $45.00.
I cancelled 25 days after the service began but got charged for the second month. I am currently trying to collect a refund of my deposit and the second month without any success. When you contact support@thedavinnycode.com you are referred to admin@elevation-holdings.com whose only function appears to be sending a boiler plate email on how to cancel without any references to refunds. The whole magilla is purportedly administered thru Panamerican Pacific Foundation Ltd in a suburb of Miami, FL. This company has no available phone number and it is not registered under this name in Dade County or with the Secretary of State.
