Unauthorized activity/fraud

I've been spending 5.95 for nearly annually for this organization without recognizing the costs becauase they secure in using the local phone support. I have tried calling the TeleUno to obtain a declaration from their store and also to ask them to pay me for something which I never approved plus they don't reply the telephone. I am unsure how these fradulent activities happen without agreement. Teleuno is just a scam!!!
