Scam.in denial cheap shot full of crap

They offer a cd which immediately connects to the internet, so do not open it, for $1.98.
They now have your credit card or bank account #.
When 7 days has gone by, but before you receive their phony cd, they bill your account for $69.95.
When you call to complain, they say that you agreed to their service when you ordered the cd, and that it's in the terms of agreement.
It is not. They will not refund buy give you the option of their service for two months when they say they will begin automatically billing you again.
You either need to cancel your card or bank account.
