Mortgage Scam

This company claimed that they can get the bank to refinance my home to a more affordable rate. After paying the 4K fee, they did nothing to help my situation. They called the bank a few times and sent a few faxes and that was it. I could have done everything myself. I can't believe they would take advantage of people, when things are bad. Stay away from this company, I'm still in the same situation since day one.
