Horrible service & card

They're an entirely horrible card business. They're the toughest I've actually handled. They get you even when you're each day overdue and also you've never been overdue before. They actually explained one balance to repay my card which month I acquired another statement, and so I named plus they inform me that I should have created a mistake studying my account, but I'd named to confirm, usually are not created the error? Therefore today they inform me it is a late charge from this past year - once they had me spend this ahead of time this past year currently by telephone.
