I did not get my full 14 days before they sent me a shipment

I didn, t get my complete 15 times before they delivered me a cargo for $88.97 and charged my charge card without my authorization I'd like for you really to include the cash back again to my bill. I named them about the 3rd and didnot obtain it till the 9th so that they were checking the times that i didnot have it which isnot actually reasonable or excellent. After I named them-this morning the lady was not excellent what exactly actually you certainly can do to assist me I'd greatly relish it.
