Total harrassment... Kept the written payment aggreement but they tried to put lien on property i didn't own and took my Michigan refund anyway

This company has a judgement against me. Ok... But they won't tell me who the client is and the total balance. I have entered in to a written agreement with them for $85.00 a month. I have made every payment on time but when I moved from one rental house to another... They tried to put a lien on my property. When I called to find out what was going on... They said if I didn't own anything I had nothing to worry about. I asked them for the balance at that time... They said when I was ready to pay it off they would tell me the balance.

To add insult to injury they took my Michigan refund. Why??? I have made every payment on the written agreement on time and they still harrass me. I have contacted a lawyer to try to correct this problem. If I have to comply with our written agreement... Why do they not have to???
