Fraudulent charges on statement

There have been $204 of deceptive prices on my bank statement. Not just did I not get a reimbursement, the financial institution blocked my utilization of the atm card. It was a brand new atm card lately released from the lender. I recently cut-up the prior card, and do not have any cause to think that possibly card was taken. I believe the financial institution published up the phony costs to tear me down. This is exactly why I'm contemplating changing to some other lender.
