I'm reading all these reports and telling myself, how can they get away with this? I am in the same shoes as most of you and don't appreciate being taken advantage of by a so called "company" that had promised to give me credit.

I was given the same information as most of you. They took $250 dollars out of my account and did not ship me a credit card. I was told that I would get a confirmation from my bank before the funds were taken out. No such luck there, and I kept getting the same message as all of you, "that my credit card is in the mail." My funds were taken out back on the 13th of November.

Everytime I call, I get the same excuse and never an answer for my problem. I've asked for a refund numerous times and have been told that they will not refund me. It's been over 6 months now and still no credit card. I too, like you, plan on getting justice and hopefully getting a full refund of my money. I plan to seek legal action and keep all of you updated and informed. Thank You and Good Luck!
