Lack of customer service

Our charge card was taken and Money One won't provide me the required claims I want for my police statement. Law enforcement office has required these claims three times, but still nothing. The one who took my card gets away with $6000 billed on my bill. I'm a target of identitytheft and my credit rating has tanked. Capital you have undoubtedly the worse the client support.
