To everyone who has written about this company, i think they are all in it together. The person i sent to was a David M. Felter in Barrie, Canada. And they kept asking for a confirmation number. That is just bogus. But the thing that really tipped it off, indeed it was after the fact, was the fact that the guy who called my phone telling me about the additional deposit was calling from a different company, Broadband Lending. And then he got upset because I said it sounded like a scam. Allegedly Mr. Bradley Brown is the CS manager. The number I had for Scott Layfield was disconnected also. I hope I get my $960 back but if I dont, I have truly learned a valuable lesson.
