Ripoff false promises victimized many consumers

I began making my payments online. Now, when it is time to pay, the site is unavailable until after the payment is due. Guess what, I now have to pay a late charge.By the time I mail it now and it gets there it is still late... Voila... Still have a late charge. Talk about making extra money to help a bankrupt company.
