Bogus! Rip off artist! Id theft refund

I never approved anybody from Protected identity Mgt. Or Idtheft Reimbursement to consider $31.98 out-of my bill. I had been never made conscious of this or actually registered for ID-theft - not just did they consider $31.98 they triggered my banking account to become overdrawn and today I've a $56.00 facility cost as a result of this and place my banking account within an unfavorable position. Then I had been directed to-go online to get a reimbursement and I can not actually discover that, I believe this can be a ripoff. I'd like my reimbursement put-back into my account as well as the facility costs which was billed to my bill.
