NFCS told us they could modify our loan if we gave them 1426.00 for 300.00less then our morgage now

We were contacted by NSCF they told us they could lower our montly morgage payments by $300.00 amonth. We had to pay them $1426.00 in two payments before they would evan start working on the mitigation. I sent them $700.00 and they called two days later and said we have been approved for the program.
The man we spoke to first Vincent told me he sent the file over to the minigator Kendall. She called me to verify my information. Then she sent my file to a third person Ashley which she said that our bank was reveiwing everything and we would hear from them in two weeks.in the meantime they helped them self to my checking account and took another $500.00 out with out my permission. I called them to talk to them about my money and they said they had permission to do so even though i have paper to tell them to take out just the $700.00.
I have been trying to call them all week and have gotten no return calls I must of left 50 or more messages. During all this they had told me I did not have to pay my monthly morgage while it is in mitigation so I got further and fuurther behind. I spoke with my bank today 3/13/09 and they said no other company can mitigate any better than them and if so they are not allowed to charge you.
