Unauthorized charges

I visited Mike's Membership and my statement was greater than I anticipated. I questioned why and also the cashier stated the additional cost was for the card update. Used to do not obtain a card update. They ATTEMPTED to cost me to get a membership card update without requesting or informing me. I'd the cashier take away the additional cost.

I've been an associate at Mike 's Membership for more than 10 years but I'll not restore my card as a result of this type of dishonest conduct.
