Ripoff deceptive company

We just received a forebarance from fairbanks.

It took almost 2 weeks to get from the attorney. It isn't even the plan we agreed to. The amount down and monthly payment is right but hey have us paying the remainder of the unjustified so called fees within 6 months. That was never mentioned in the beginning.

Now we have to sign or still lose our home. They are suposssed to have a sheriff sale the 28th of april. The agreement was to get here in time and was to be signed paid and the sale would be stopped.

But now its not the agreement we was to get. Looks like they win again.

Have written utah on a cease and a desist. Nothing from them at all. All the senators and ftc, ohio attorney general all must be to busy to even respond with a message.

I did get 2 returned from on ohio senator (shelby) unread refussed. Wouldn't pay for me to meet this man at any timesoon. Don't anyone matter in this world anymore.
Oh yeah i guess if you have money you do or work for fairbanks.
