Applied for information on grants, charged $69.95 with no information, two weeks later received charge for $29.95 from IWB club, no information received

Contacted Grant Funding Search, was charged $69.95. Never received any info. Contacted them, they agreed to refund $48.95 and 6 weeks later have failed to do so. Contact number is now unavailable. IWB club then charged my account $29.95 two weeks later and have now agreed to refund that charge. It's too soon to tell if that will be refunded but something has to be done to stop these people from cheating people out of their money. Maybe we can all do something?
