This agency presents themselves like a Lawyer and Selection Agency. While actually all-they truly plan to do is frighten the folks which are experiencing crisis. I've a merchant account which was designated for this company they never created any efforts to make contact with me till I had been offered with legitimate documents stating these were suing me. After I attempted to discuss a cost strategy these were reluctant to consider anything from me and stated that they'd obtain funds via a wage garnishment. Sadly I'll need to today record bankruptcy to prevent them getting my pay. The representative Kristie stated that since I have declined to pay for they were hanging my earnings. The very fact of the problem is the fact that I never declined to pay for I simply was not able to spend like a number of other americans.
